Positive: The house was good but the customer service of vacasa was horrible as we forgot the tablet of our daughter inside and realized it a few hours after check out and we still did not manage to understand from vacasa if it was found or not. We had to call 10 times and write 100 messages but still no answer. My daughter is extremely sad...

Positive: Clean, quiet, great location. Liked the puzzles, books and other amusements. If visiting nearby, we would want to stay again.

Negative: Shorter code to use the door lock. Fill gap between guest bathroom countertop and wall. Put toe kicks on island cabinetry. Found someone's fake fingernail underneath.

Negative: The location was a bit remote, but if you like that, it is great. We were visiting Bar Harbor and Acadia which was a bit of distance, approx 45-1 hour with traffic.

Positive: Very nice house in the woods with a spacious, open kitchen/dining/ living room, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable, and the owners supplied a wide range of conveniences (kitchen supplies, cleaning and laundry supplies, blankets, etc). Unfortunately, we failed to realize that the house is about 10 miles beyond Ellsworth ME, which makes it about 45 min drive from Bar Harbor/Acadia…farther out than we intended. We just did not pay attention to how far it was.

Negative: There were lots of video movies to watch, but no way to watch tv shows or news, and we were not able to get internet. There were many good games provided ( as many as 25 ), so it provided lots of fun for friends or family.

Summary: Very comfortable house in the woods, about 45 minute drive from BarHarbor/Acadia.
