Positive: The windmill is an amazing building and it is wonderful to see historical buildings restored and reinstated. We enjoyed our stay and welcomed the opportunity to discuss with the host our feedback on areas to ensure guests are delighted in the future There are four rooms cleverly planned into the original structure with two double bedrooms. The delight was the viewing platform on the top floor where the windmill workings would have been housed. The internal accommodation was clean. Outside there is a small grassed area and patio where al fresco meals were enjoyed.

Negative: There is a chance for focusing on internal finish and the host confirmed their plan for works out of season. Beds are comfortable but my preference would have been for 100% cotton bedding. I loved watching the swallows in the evening but they do leave evidence of their nesting on the patio below. The host confirmed their cleaning schedule and as we arrived mid-schedule in the really hot period it may have been more evident than normal?
