Positive: Very nice experience, clean hotel, polite staff, especially cleaning staff, very nice settings, lots of activities, nice nature

Negative: Sofa beds need to have a top mattress, quite hard Courtains let light in, would be good to be black out Would be good to have a plastic recycling station in the hotel since hotel is committed to sustainability

Positive: Looks OK if you want to use the pools/slides on a hot day. Some members of staff were helpful and welcoming, others not so much. On a colder day all bars and slides are closed.

Negative: Staying overnight is simply not worth it. It was raining during our two night stay and there was literally nothing to do. The only open restaurant out of six was closing much earlier than its designated time. The limited food on the menu was decent, but beware of the atrocious prices! Drainage issues in the bathroom. The place is crammed with hammocks and lawn chairs that are taking every little bit of space on the grounds to the point where you can't walk normally around the pools or enjoy the view over the lake. Overall, an an overhyped, overpriced mess!

Positive: We have to give credit where it’s due.The waiting staff were absolutely wonderful. All the waiters were kind, friendly, and genuinely accommodating. They treated us with respect and care, going out of their way to make our stay better. They were a real bright spot in an otherwise terrible experience. The security guard was also incredibly helpful, way beyond what was expected of him. He treated us with patience and kindness and was honestly more helpful than the resort’s management ever could be. We really appreciated his efforts.Mini-zoo is nice too.

Negative: We left the resort a day earlier, absolutely furious. Our vacation was completely ruined by the resort’s poor management and blatant money-grabbing tactics. First of all, they try to upsell you on EVERYTHING. From ridiculous charges to access a so-called VIP area to unexpected fees just for towels, it felt like we were being nickeled and dimed at every turn. The restaurant? Don’t even bother. The food is shockingly overpriced—easily three times more expensive than any decent restaurant in Sofia. It’s outrageous for what they offer. There isn’t even a proper reception—just some dingy kiosk where the staff barely speaks English, and don’t expect any friendliness either, especially from a guy named Daniel. They seem to thrive on making guests uncomfortable. Rooms? Disgusting. The showers were outdated and leaked everywhere. The place desperately needs repairs and renovation—it’s falling apart. And don’t count on any kind of decent room service either. This place is nothing more than a greedy trap. They’ve turned what could be a relaxing getaway into a stressful, overpriced nightmare. Save yourself the misery and DO NOT stay overnight. If you’re desperate to visit, maybe go for a day—but be warned! Bring your own water, food, and towels because they’ll try to charge you for everything. They even confiscated people’s water at the entrance! So, unless you’re okay with being gouged for basic necessities, steer clear of this resort for anything more than a quick visit to the pool. Don’t let them ruin your vacation like they did ours.

Negative: There are no Half an hour by taxi to Sofia, there are no places around. The hotel did not have enough clean towels to give us to the water park. We asked for 3, it was one day and they took a deposit that was returned. On the second day there was only 1 towel, they took a deposit of another amount + demanded payment of local tax, there was no order in the prices, they said that the towels were in the laundry (we checked from 10 am to 4 pm, they did not arrive) we did not bring towels on the plane. And a water attraction, must have a towel. On the 3rd day the shampoo ran out, they forgot to bring it, we asked. There was no spare roll of toilet paper in the room, when it runs out you have to go ask for it - less convenient. The employees at the reception belong to the park. Not the hotel's, not sure about the questions I asked. I didn't understand who was in charge there. Other than that, it was a fun week. for childrentowels
