Positive: Mostly I like the rates have not been raised in the entire time I’ve been a guest, like 2 years, I really like the owners and how easy it is to have a nice place to stay close to work!

Negative: I could hear the people in the room next to me talking late into the night and also heard their alarm at 4 the next morning☹️
