Positive: We loved the fact that a microwave, fridge, breakfast and milk were available in the room. The entry system and communications prior to the pressure off an exact arrival time. We could tell the place has had a lot of thought and care put into it. Pub looked really nice too!
Negative: Being really picky here - I'd have liked a slightly firmer mattress, but I appreciate that it's personal preference. Could have done with more sockets near the bed.
Summary: A very pleasant surprise

Positive: The Willow House is a good place to stay , we have stayed twice now and will again in the near future. The rooms are clean , plenty of Tea and Coffee, milk in the fridge, orange juice couple of small cartons, bread ready for toast as well as cereals and pots of jams and some yogurts.
Negative: The only thing I can fault was the bed wasn't long enough for me as being just over 6ft 2 apart from that everything was good 👍
