Positive: Loved the fact that there was a pool. The location was brilliant and the breakfast was delicious. All the staff were lovely.

Negative: I think the decor is a little bit dated but it kind of added to the charm.

Positive: Excellent car park especially as hotel 200 yds from beach. Also close to High St , local eaterires & bus stops. I.O.W.buses are EXCELLENT. Lovely breakfast.

Negative: Note there is no evening meal, but it didn't bother me. Hotel provides 10% discount vouchers for 4 local eateries.

Positive: Great breakfast plenty of choice and hotel in a good location staff were all pleasant did use the 10 percent in off couple of times eating out

Negative: Being on first floor no lift and having to climb stairs withy bad knee shower cubicle a bit small and horrible smell from hand basin when first running tap

Positive: Really liked the room which was lovely, comfortable and spacious. The breakfasts were always great and served with a smile. All the staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. They made our stay really enjoyable.

Negative: The unavailability of the hot tub was abit disappointing.
