Positive: Kitchen,bedroom was really good and also the hamper.
Negative: Sitting room had dog hairs and a really bad smell like damp. Bathroom the shower cubicle was really small and we couldn’t wash properly.toilet seat was broken. A bit scary in the nighttime walking through Hunsdon Road as no lighting.
Summary: The stay was good apart from the issues we have outlined.

Positive: Clean, spacious, and the beds were so comfortable. Hosts were warm and welcoming. Lovely kitchen.-Cleaning supplies included. Great having own bathroom/toilet for each bedroom. Peaceful area with a park nearby to walk the dogs. Would highly recommend!
Negative: Just a minor thing unfortunately the shower for the 2 single beds room had a few strands of hair wrapped around the shower head and a few on the wall which put me off using it again. However I was able to use the ensuite shower for the double bedroom instead for other nights which was clean and the pressure was better.

Positive: No Breakfast included, very hilly to location, but that goes for the whole of Torquay.
Negative: The location was very hilly, one of our group has breathing issues and found it very difficult.
Summary: Very nice very clean no problems with the accommodation just the location.

Positive: Very clean and lots of kitchen equipment. Beds very comfy and showers were good. Good info about surrounding area and things to do.
Negative: The sofa wasn't very comfortable and having a bad hip it was hard to sit in so had to sit in kitchen chair all time.

Positive: A lovely self catering holiday home. Really well furnished and much thought had gone into making sure every item you might need had been provided...I.e. washing up liquid/t-towels/kitchen towel/hairdryer etc. Also, some very nice welcome touches - a vase of daffodils and a nice picnic basket with coffee/tea/sugar/milk and local fudge and a large cookie. The owners who live nearby were friendly and helpful.
Negative: It's hard to think of any but perhaps the master bedroom shower water flow was a bit weak and, as our visit was in February, the house felt a bit cold when we arrived - but we were able to switch on the supplementary heating and warmed up quite quickly.
