Positive: We loved EVERYTHING about this property, starting with the amazing, kind, and helpful hosts, and ending with the tiny details that made our stay special. The White House is incredibly spacious and manages to be cozy and comfortable at the same time. Each bedroom features a balcony with a lovely view, making the rooms bright and visually appealing. With two bedrooms having en-suite bathrooms and an additional two bathrooms in the house, it was extremely convenient. After returning from the beach, no one had to wait for a shower, which was a huge plus. The other rooms in the house were equally impressive. The kitchens are very well-equipped with everything you might need during your stay, including a wide range of spices, hot chocolate, coffee, and sugar. Mr. Savvas and Gina even left some fruit for us to enjoy upon our arrival from the airport, a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. The location of the house is fantastic. It’s only a 4-minute drive to Metropolis Mall and AlphaMega supermarket, and just 10-12 minutes to the stunning beaches of Larnaca. This made it easy for us to shop and explore without any hassle. A special mention goes to Gina for her flexibility and kindness. Our flight to Larnaca was early in the morning, and with babies and a lot of luggage, waiting for the standard check-in time would have been exhausting. Gina kindly organized an early check-in for a very reasonable fee, which made a huge difference. All in all, this is a 10-star property, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Larnaca who wants a relaxed and quality stay.

Positive: Fantastic house. Everything is here. A bit far to the beach, about 3.8 km. If you have a car it was quick and easy to get there. Very nice owners. Will be happy to return.

Positive: The house is really big and spacious. Ideal if you want to spend some time with family. Kitchen is well equipped.

Negative: To get to the centre you have to take a bus (going every 1.5 hour in front of the house but quite expensive as for only few km i.e. 2.4 Euro one way and 4 Euro after 9 p.m.) or order taxi. The description of the willa should be more accurare. There was no Grill at place but provided by owner when asked. The bed I slept in was very loud, you cannot move without big noise. During the night, noise from the Street is noticeable, expecially due to Motors going there quickly.

Positive: The villa itself is a wonderful place. I couldn't fault how clean and well-kept it was. The grandiosity of the house makes it standout. it surely oozes class and aristocracy. Overall a wonderful home. Gina was a good host but needs to trust people. She shouldn't let past experiences be passed onto new guests- that's what a deposit is for. She and Savvas gave us plates and bbq for the small gathering we had and were very supportive.

Negative: On the flip side, there were a few problems encountered: We arrived in Larnaka during the summer and the heat was unbearable, the house lacks adequate climatisation. There is no climatisation apart from one room downstairs. The host also holds the remote for the ACs which means my people were sweating every single night, but because they're too polite they didn't say anything. The host seems to have had bad experiences with their previous guests and seems to pass on this fear to us. I felt like we were being watched all the time which ruined our stay. Communication could also be improved as some messages felt a bit cold
