Positive: The house was easy to find and the instructions to find the lock box for the keys was easy to understand. The upstairs accommodation was roomy and clean. Very quiet area. Kitchen well equipped.

Negative: There was no details as to the 2nd bedroom being downstairs with access from the garden and it had no toilet or water facilities. This would not be acceptable for a family and as me and my partner do not sleep in the same bed and we were looking for a 2 bed property this was not acceptable for us. It was not explained in the details for the property that you have to go outside the upstairs flat, downstairs into the back garden and unlock the back door to get to the 2nd bedroom. If you need the toilet in the middle of the night you would have to get dressed, go in the back garden, round to the front of the house, up the stairs, unlock the front door to the flat and use the toilet in there. This means that the person sleeping in the 2nd bedroom has to take the front door keys with them and lock the front door upstairs before going downstairs and in the back garden to get to their bedroom. Also no water facilities to even make a drink. There are tv's in every room but they do not tune in properly, no BBC channels. Unfortunately it poured down with rain the whole time we were there and there was a massive puddle right outside the house, the drain clearly wasn't working. No table and chairs for eating your dinner just a very low coffee table in the front room.

Summary: Comfortable for 2 nights but details could be better.

Positive: Comfortable and very quiet surroundings. Parking immediately outside in your own spot. Massive outside patio area with separate downstairs living room/ second bedroom with sofa bed accessible from here. Up the steps through the door big living room/ kitchen, then a work room with TV, double bedroom with TV and bathroom with toilet. The TV in main room is massive and would be a good idea to bring a blu ray player. The heating and shower were good and cooker easy to use.

Negative: No oven gloves or pizza cutter.
