Positive: Good choice at breakfast with quality produce used. Convenient location to explore area nearby. Staff were all friendly with excellent customer service. Evening meal was delicious and excellently presented.

Negative: Carpet in room was grubby and mattress lumpy. Shower room was beautiful but tiles were dangerously slippery when wet.

Positive: To in initial room was not working so staff kindly upgraded me to another room which was great. Lovely room and in a quiet location away from the main road.food and staff excellent. Highly recommend

Positive: Liked that we were offered rolls and amuse bouche with our meal. Also the room upgrade was lovely.

Negative: Room was a bit hot. Fan helped a bit. At breakfast the fruit and yoghurt came with our cooked breakfast. Would have been better before.

Positive: The whole experience was great! The staff were welcoming and helpful. We eat in the brasseire on our first evening and the food was superb with good quality produce locally sourced. I was even offered wine from a local vineyard and it was good. Breakfast was fab with a great range on offer but the omlettes were my particular favourites. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. In the wet room, there was a lovely rainforest shower and the toiletries smelt delightful. I was impressed that a shower cap was provided and if you needed cottonbuds, well they were there too. The White Hert itself is very characterful complete with wooden beams and uneven walls. The grounds are beautiful and there is a country walk but we will have to do that on our next visit.
