Positive: Location was great - walkable to everywhere in town. The staff of Chris and Phil were great! Easy check-in / checkout. Our king room was spacious enough as was the bathroom. The single room however, had a very small toilet / shower area and the sink in the bedroom.

Negative: Just want to let you know there is a possibility that we experienced bed bugs in the king room. We had been in 1 other hotel for 2 nights prior to visiting Whisky Vaults. We cannot confirm if it was from your property or not but the rash (confirmed by pharmacy) was experienced the 2nd day we were there. Just thought you might want to know.

Summary: Overall a great experience, we enjoyed Chris’ knowledge of whisky!

Positive: Once inside it’s a bit of an Oban gem. Very comfortable room, nice bar, very helpful and friendly staff Very pleased with my choice

Negative: The outside of the building and entrance looks tired

Positive: Location is great, easy parking very close. Access is fuss free. The bed was large and very comfy and the breakfast bag is a nice touch.

Negative: If there was one thing it would be to improve the shower.
