Summary: The staff are so sweet. We got to the executive lounge pretty late but the man let us stay until closing and let us take the last bit of snacks. Place is clean, has parking, and good views. No onsen, TV only has cable and the mirroring setting did not work with my phone. Other than that very good place.

Summary: Very nice hotel, well located with friendly staff. A big issue is the restaurants setting. It only has 2, both high end for dinner. So if you want a quick bite to sleep is either room service or high end cuisine French or Japanese or room service. Some of us just do not like to sleep with ketch up smell!!!

Summary: Convenient location and great view from the upper floors. The room was spacious and the bed and bathroom perfect. The breakfast is expensive for what it is at $28 and we opted for it only once. There are good options nearby. Overall, it proved an amazing stay.
