Summary: Hotel facilities and rooms are great. However, the service is mediocre at best. Staff seems to be inexperienced. Parking garage is terrible. Overall, a great hotel but not what I would expect from the Westin brand at this price point.

Summary: I did not liked restaurant STOKE and RYE. Poor breakfast choices on menu and poor buffet. A brunch for $85 p/p is ridiculous. Hotel inside is like a dog contest every where. I can not imagine rooms conditions in few years with dogs sleeping on beds and carpets.
