Summary: We were given keys to a room when we arrived (around 6:15pm) and opened the door to find it unserviced and not ready. When reassigned a room, the toilet would run on evry 10 minutes or so. On the plus side, the restaurant was very good.

Summary: Nice building and the room was good. The location is convenient for a short drive to downtown Richmond. The pool and fitness center are very small, and at times overcrowded. Not great if you want a focused workout. The reservoir outside the hotel is a gem. Nice walking path. Worth a stroll.
