Summary: First night of arrival sheets were stained ,room smelled of dampness. Ac unit is really loud. Housekeeping never had towels.

Summary: Third time here and purchased same type of room but they instead but me on lowest level with view of bushes and parking! Says over booked and didn’t move me to lagoon view or even let me do the 1 extra hour late check out due to over sales. There are plenty of other options in the zone so I’m done with this property over how I was ignored and treated. I believe it’s because this time I booked using third party snd was treated like an undesirable. Housekeeping usually great but this trip didn’t replace things they took like soap and glasses and had to call each day for items!

Summary: This hotel was so uncomfortably hot. We would get back from a long day of being out in the sun and excursions to cool down and it was just not cooling down in the room. They said because the wether was so hot but you would think at night it would cool down a bit but it stayed the same. We sweated the whole night. Unacceptable for a resort in my opinion. We even tried leaving early from our trip cause we were so miserable but there was not enough seats on the plan for our family so we just stayed one extra night. I honestly would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.
