Positive: Very comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. Modern entertainment system that allowed you to stream multiple apps (not just the standard one)
Negative: For the Westin brand and the price, I expected more. -High pile carpeting makes it very difficult to roll your suitcase(s) to your room. Really a strange choice for an airport hotel. -Room service menu: it's only a fraction of what is offered at the downstairs restaurant. And it's only the healthy portion of the menu like bowls, salads. If you want something like a steak or pasta, you can't get it through room service. Why? -Timing of housekeeping: why would you let housekeeping knock on hotel room doors as early as 9:30am when checkout isn't until noon? Is there no internal communication on which guests have checked out and which haven't?

Negative: Doscrepency of information. Pricing of parking was advertised at a different eate than hotel attempted to charge. Breakfast was included in my booking but hotel did not provide that. Breakfsst was availnle for additional charge. Floor has not been washed fir a long time. I understand that may not be needed after each guest but it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. Bathroom needs a better cleaning as well
