Positive: This hotel is perfect for families traveling with kids. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the restaurant had a great children's menu. The staff was also very patient and sweet with kids and us，especially the manager, Michael. At Westin, we feel as warm and comfortable as at home.

Positive: We had a fantastic stay at Westin Guangzhou. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Manager Michael assisted us a lot. The breakfast was also excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
