Summary: From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly, our concierge gave our daughter a very tasteful puzzle gift featuring the illustration of the front of the hotel. Upon getting our room, the standard King we were impressed with the size and the cleanliness. Staff would make up our beds after afternoon naps and we're very discreet about it really adding to the 5* service. Breakfast was always fresh and unique, and every staff member greeted us with genuine warmness. Thank you for having us, we had a great holiday.

Summary: My ONLY ISSUE is the day they have the brunches it’s like all focus is on the brunch and the service for them days and evening suffer a little. Other than that its a beautiful hotel.

Summary: Just back home after the most lovely week in Dubai staying at the Westin Mina Seyahi. The hotel is stunning, the service impeccable and spotlessly clean. We stayed in a Club Room and had use of the executive club which exceeded our expectations. The staff everywhere in the hotel were helpful, very polite and friendly. Housekeeping was impeccable. The staff in the Club were exceptional and the staff at the beach and pool were better than any we have experienced. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Summary: As a family of 5 we had the best week at The Westin. Our rooms were connecting family rooms on the ground floor opposite the pool. The rooms were modern, very big and very clean. We ate most evenings in Minas buffet restaurant. The food was different each night and really really good! Kids food was also great. Service in the restaurant and the housekeeping were excellent. Pool areas are lovely. Only irritation was that you had to pay extra for use of the pool cabanas, which is frustrating if there are no shaded beds left especially with young children. The kids pool and the water park are absolutely brilliant for younger children. Overall fantastic hotel and would I definitely recommend.
