Summary: Was a nice hotel. Only complaint was it was an open core building. We were on the 10th floor so heat rises and it was super hot on our floor. Which made our room on the warm side even when I turned down the thermostat. If you are staying in the summer there, ask for the lowest floor possible. But other than that all the workers were great and it was fairly close to O’Hare airport.

Summary: The air conditioner didn't work on 2 of the nights which made it very difficult to sleep. The hot water went out mid-shower one of the days. They didn't clean my room one of the days and I had to ask for them to do so and bring new towels. Also had issues with Hotels.com when I needed to cancel one of my reservations.

Summary: My room AC was set to the lowest temperature and I was still sweating. The shower would not drain and I would have to shower in a pool of water. Housekeeping was super nice tho. The restaurants are overpriced for their offerings.
