Summary: Excellent staff. They were incredibly welcoming. We had a wonderful night celebrating our anniversary with room service(fantastic value and quality) and the complimentary cake the front desk sent up. The pool and sauna were an unexpected surprise. The photos online don’t do this oasis in the city justice. We live nearby in Okotoks and will be back again for another romantic getaway without the kids soon. Thank you to the wonderful staff who were so accommodating.

Summary: Heater takes along time to warm up. Had 2 rooms and 1 was significantly smaller than the other. Pool could be a couple degrees warmer.

Summary: Room was nice, could have been cleaner. the rooftop pool and sauna was a real treat. its a great location and has a Starbucks and the Keg. I like the option to take the +15's to my meetings or just for a walk.
