Summary: Perfect downtown location with incredible staff and walking distance from so many great places. Hotel was lovely and clean, and every staff member wonderful. Things to know: Check in on the second floor. Elevators are tap a room key, a bit sensitive and sometimes had to tap multiple times. Wish the room had more hooks in both the bathroom and room. It was such a spacious room it seems like a missed opportunity.

Summary: Quiet, clean, most staff were very good Second floor breakfast restaurant staff was horrible. We waited to be seated for 15 minutes, with plenty of tables available, while 3 servers went by making eye contact but saying nothing. We ended up going to a restaurant down the street

Summary: I booked for my parents they loved it. They haven’t been there in like 10 years and they said it was way improved and we’re happy with their rooms. They kept talking about how big the bathroom was.

Summary: The building was beautiful. Our room wasn’t vacuumed, there were tags and food on the rug under the desk. They did move us to another room and said they “upgraded” us but that wasn’t the case, if anything the room was much smaller. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the food options were great.
