Summary: The staff was amazing. Our trip started off poorly with transportation issues and took us longer than expected to arrive. We were promptly allowed to check in a little early and it made a huge difference in getting a little rest after a long ordeal. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful in making food recommendations. There a so many great eats around in the area.

Summary: Good hotel, friendly staff. Pricey on food and drinks. Not a bad area. However, they will charge you $65 a day for valet parking, and there is no other place to park. Be aware of this when booking, as it's not clearly disclosed.

Summary: The hotel is seriously dated. Everything requires a refurbishment. The color scheme and furniture are straight out of the 90’s. No one even answered the assistance hotline. When you called valet they also didn’t answer. Getting from parking to the front desk with your luggage is ridiculously difficult; you must traverse the 2 escalators and there are NO bellman to assist.
