Summary: Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Continental breakfast was very nice to have. Would highly recommend this hotel, it was very convenient to many locations.

Summary: The only drawback is that it’s right in front of railroad tracks!! Train station right down the street. That noise doesn’t bother me - but I’m sure others might be bothered!

Summary: We needed a place to stay close to Westfield and not only was this hotel right in the heart of everything (extremely walkable and free parking!) but it was so NICE on top of it! Outstanding beds, spacious, excellent shower. If given the chance we will stay here again in a heartbeat!

Summary: Room was comfortable but ice machine in hallway on all the time making noise at night. Did not get housekeeping service first day. No facial tissues I.in room or bathroom. Generally clean. Staff helpful
