Positive: The lodge is a single room wooden building to one side of the main lighthouse. It looks directly out to the Bristol Channel and the sea comes in to within a few feet. Very private and cosy. Furnished with nautical memorabilia and paintings. There are wooden oars leaning against the four poster bed. Outside is a a hot-tub and a fully functional TARDIS. Very friendly and knowledgeable host.

Summary: Lovely lodge, full of character, in a fantastic location.

Positive: Ideal couple get away. Four poster comfortable bed. Views and wildlife. Kitchen facilities. Fantastic hot tub, just the right size for two. A warm welcome from the hosts.

Positive: Picturesque location, quiet and tranquil. You can watch tidal currents from your lodge, passing sailing boats and ships. You can relax and recharge outside on a deck with a book or have a nice breakfast in the morning. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you need to store and make your meals ( fridge, toaster, kettle, cutlery etc). The lodge is tastefully decorated with nautical accessories, very clean and tidy. But above all, the owners are the most wonderful people you will meet in your life. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and helping us with transportation.

Positive: Most beautiful setting, everything we needed maybe a bit tired but it’s quirkiness out weighed any negatives! Waking up to that view was everything and our host was lovely!

Positive: The accommodation was warm for our October visit the view was amazing from the lodge. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t use all the facilities available to us, but left very content.

Negative: What we didn’t like wasn’t up to the host so can’t expand.
