Negative: TL;DR - you're better off booking spa entry and not staying at the hotel unless you absolutely must. We arrived before room check in (16:00) but they do allow spa check in from 12pm, so we went to the spa. At 16 we reached the reception again, with robes and holding our hiking shoes (since we had to take them off in the spa) to be told that our room isn't ready. They then had us sit for 40 minutes, there at the lobby, wearing robes and holding our stuff in hand. They offered late checkout as compensation for receiving the room late, but since we had a flight the next day we couldn't use it, so they proceeded with just sending us to our room. When asked if they can help with the luggage up to our room, the simply said "no" and that it wasn't a service they provide, while literally a classic hotel luggage trolley was sitting right there next to us? The manager at the reception had a very sour attitude the entire time, like it was our fault for them being 40 minutes late to giving us our room. 0 compensation. They also told us to come to the bar for a free drink in the evening, and upon arriving there they handed us the menu, asked what we want, then double checked something and decided that we don't deserve the free drink they told us to come get, and if want to buy anything from the regular menu. Who does that?? Own up your mistakes. Other than that, literally EVERYTHING is at additional cost. They force you to buy their own swimwear, you can't use your own (for "hygiene reasons", fine), but then do not allow you to go in any sauna wearing that same "clean" swimwear you just bought, so you also have to buy an additional specific blue towel to cover up in the sauna. In reality though everyone just goes in with the regular white towel you get with the robe. Clearly just a money grab thing.

Positive: Great selection of breakfast including salmon and fruit. Beautiful spa! Staff were really friendly and helpful when we were stuck there an extra night!
Negative: Room was a bit warm.
Summary: Very accommodating especially with our flight cancellation.

Positive: Excellent facility and comfortable. First time my partner has had some good deep sleep. She benefitted enormously from that and the massage tredatments. Staff were very super friendly and helpful in the spa, restaurant and shop. One of the most relaxing holidays for us. Spa aufguss were very good and to be recommended.
Negative: A few minor problems in the rooms. One light not working, bath not retaining water. We told reception but they were still not fixed during our stay. As a spa it was disappointing quite a few people didn't embrace the true spa ethic. Also not the signs regarding use of phones in what should have been a digital free zone.

Negative: Location is good for unwind but there is no restaurant near the hotel (and one in hotel is quite expensive).
