Summary: The property was beautiful and the area around the hotel adorable, with restaurants/bars close by. The gym was excellent! We will be back.

Summary: Employee who helped in breakfast area was rude to my girlfriend and myself on 2 different mornings. We dismissed it because it appeared he may be autistic. If he is not, he needs some training on customer service.

Summary: We found this hotel late in the evening off the hotel.com app while traveling from Wisconsin to Ohio. We got to the hotel late (midnight) but Jasmine (front staff) was very efficient at getting us checked in and provided us each with a nice complimentary water bottle. The beds were very comfortable and we literally stayed until check-out time to catch up on some much needed rest. They have great blackout curtains and the large bathroom and beautiful shower was a plus. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable room. Sounds like Hilton renovated this historic hotel about 7-8 months back. Also, the soaps have a scent that appeals to men, which was nice for my crew. I would certainly stay again.

Summary: We were there 2 nights for a family wedding in the area. It is a quaint, lovely hotel with a beautiful large bathroom. We loved its walkability to restaurants, boutiques and other small local businesses. The bar restaurant at hotel was a nice place to hang out & drinks were great! Also loved being by historical sites with information provided. Wouod definitely stay again, although it did seem a bit overpriced.

Summary: Our original room had t been cleaned. The bed was slept in, trash in cans, dirty towels in the bathroom stuff in fridge. Lucky for us there was 1 other room because they didn't even have house cleaning to come get it together. Still not sure if we had to pay extra for the other room as it was bigger. Hopefully that doesn't happen to anyone else as the hotel was nice and we were happy with our choice until it just felt like they weren't going to fix this problem

Summary: Really enjoyed the room. The bed was comfortable, and amenities were pretty good. Service at the desk was good, but staffing could be better. I had to approach the desk for service a couple of times as towels could not be delivered to the room. This hotel should be able to assist guests for these slight oversights. The last day of my stay, my room was not serviced, and I needed to go to the desk for towels. This is unacceptable, and the staff should not have to apologize. I was told the cleaning crew readied rooms for new guests, and the second cleaner was out that day. The new guests as a priority is unacceptable to me. I paid completely for my room, and I should not be approaching the desk for towels. We also had two dirty glasses that were not replaced, and I did not feel like another trip downstairs. The young lady at the desk was kind, helpful, and apologetic, but the situation is unacceptable. I am not the maid I was paying for. Additionally, “pride” flags were on either side of the walkway as welcome. I don’t need a political statement at the hotel. Many people disagree, vehemently, with this tribute foisted upon them. I am one of those people. What people do outside of work is their own business. It is not my interest.
