Summary: We didn't realize this was in a resort. That came with some perks. There are wonderful hiking trails.we ended up renting e bikes that a have seating for young kids. It was great! I think my daughter loved it more than the beach! One of the trails takes you to the sandestin beach hotel. They also have shuttles that will take you there as well. The rental was nice and clean with comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. Whoever decorated make it inviting

Summary: 3rd time to Baytowne Wharf, first time in this room, but it did not disappoint. We felt right at home. Plenty of activities, great pool, etc. Highly recommend this resort, highly recommend these host. They were easy to contact and very responsive and we will be coming back and hope this room is available when we do!

Summary: Our annual vacation spot was as special as it always is. This unit offers the best spot at the Village. The balcony overlooks the main entry with a clear view of the entertainment side and comfortable seating. The inside of the unit always feels very clean and the furnishings/decor are a nice touch. Restaurants and walking distance from unit and no driving required. Owners are always so pleasant to deal with. Don’t overthink, just book! You will not regret it!

Summary: Very roomy, clean, and comfortable place to stay for a family of 4. When seeing the location of the property in person I was a bit worried at first that noise would be an issue since it faces the main plaza area where concerts and shows are held in the evening. There must be some serious sound-proofing in the windows because it wasn't an issue at all! Loved the location and being able to watch fireworks, the drone light show, and a concert from the balcony. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Absolutely loved the condo and location! The owners were awesome and very quick answering a few questions I had. The weather wasn’t the best but on the rainy days the kids had a blast running around baytowne, which is an EXCELLENT area. So safe and friendly! A couple things to mention that did not bother me just for other travelers to keep in mind:- the elevator had to close a few times for repairs- I think 2-3 days it was closed for a few hours. Wasnt an issue at all for us- I was impressed by how quick they got it working again but keep in mind if you have mobility issues. - the condo is beautiful and very clean. It was so much fun to sit in the balcony and watch the fireworks and concerts. But it was loud at night- use a sound machine or ear plugs. One night I was woken up at 1am from people drunkingly screaming outside but after that I turned on white noise and had no other issues. - limited storage for clothes and pantry items- I wish there was a dresser to store clothes or open cabinet in the kitchen but it all worked out fine! There is a completely stocked kitchen, I was impressed!- pro tip- if you need ice get some from the pool ice machine! It was nice to have fresh ice water when sitting poolside! Would have worked well for a cooler too! Thank you again for the awesome week! The kids were so sad to leave and already are asking when we can go back!

Summary: This is our second stay at this property and I know we will be back. The condo is amazing. The location is awesome. The bed in the master is incredible, we actually miss it now that we are back home. I cannot recommend it enough! 10/10!
