Summary: very informal, nobody in your face, but also always responsive when you need anything. it was like staying at a friend's place who wasn't even there but had people who would take care of things for you if needed.

Summary: The heat in the room didn't work. The staff did bring a heater in, but after a cold day skiing it took a while to warm up.

Summary: Pros: Less than 10 minute drive to Sugarbush. Convenient location. Clean and beds were comfortable. Cold day but the heater kept the room more than cozy. Cons: We had a room above us and you could hear them walking around. Small TV that was hard to hear.

Summary: Room clean, plenty of hot water, easy parking. Only complaint was noise on wooden deck at check-out and check-in, guests dropping ski equipment, etc. Not managements fault.
