Positive: The location was perfect for our stay. Steve is an excellent host, very welcoming and super accommodating. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The bedrooms were clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. The bathroom with very spacious with a good power shower. Robes were provided in addition to shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Our fresh breakfast basket was fantastic value, with absolutely everything we needed. I am more than happy to recommend The Walnuts.

Positive: What a fabulous property! It felt like i was staying in a beautiful French chateau in the middle of summer. Hosts were brilliant, so friendly and couldn't do enough. Room was huge and so clean. Having a fridge, microwave, kettle etc was a huge bonus. I loved the character and the peacefulness of the property. Lovely location in a beautiful village. I travel extensively with my job and finding absolute gems like this with lovely owners is the holy grail! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for everything.

Positive: Steve was the perfect host and we had a very warm welcome. the chalet was perfect for our needs and very comfortable. We would certainly come back.

Negative: The reason it didn't get a 10 rating was that me friend didn't have an en-suite bathroom and, although was told that the bathroom available to her was private, someone else had used it during the evening.
