Summary: Great location, room smelt a little musty bathroom very dark, breakfast very good when it's quite but at busy times not so you order eggs from your table but there was no bacon and by the time it came my husband had finished his meal. Room ok on first day but on second just made the bed left dirty glassware on the side and no replacement of sugar milk or water, they did bring them when I asked but didn't think I should need too.

Summary: The only disappointing aspect was that our room overlooked the rear of the hotel and the buildings behind are somewhat dilapidated and strewn with rubbish. Keeping the slide across window blind shutters you wouldn’t know

Summary: An absolute gem in the heart of Southport where the guest experience is clearly at the heart of everything they do. The reception team gave a warm and genuine welcome plus were attentive for any needs during our stay. Our room was fabulous, stylish, spacious plus spotlessly clean with a massive super comfortable big and well appointed bathroom. I would definitely recommend and stay again next time in Southport.
