Positive: The pod was perfect for the two of us and it is cosy and well equipped. The views are stunning and we enjoyed sitting on the decking just looking out over the hills and taking in the stunning scenery. Ged is a wonderful host and nothing was a problem, we loved his accommodation and we had a tranquil and relaxing stay. The site has a lovely bar and resturant and the staff and other customers were friendly and welcoming. The prices are great too! There is a woodland walk which was pretty and we spent most of our time either walking or chilling at the pod. If you love relaxing with beautiful scenery then the 'The View' is perfect!

Negative: We loved everything about 'The View' and felt very relaxed after our stay.

Positive: The View! The property is a perfectly snug little pod with a stunning view and the privacy to enjoy it. Inside there is comfortable pull down bed behind the mirrored sofa back. The shower is powerful and the towel rail warm. Dean is friendly and helpful when you need to message. We'll be back again next year.

Positive: When booking this property, we carefully checked the reviews. We picked up the option with a pet, because it was slightly reduced in price, but we don't have a dog or any other pet. As we have always been responsible travellers, we left the property tidy and clean. It is described as a Mobile Home, but it is a little Pod (this name was on the label of the premise) with an included bathroom and a balcony. The location and the view were amazing. The room was clean and nice-smelling—the cleaner did a great job! We had a late check-in at 9 pm, and there were no towels provided. Fortunately, the owner was able to send the cleaner to provide us with them. Apart from this, not all facilities met the advertisement, and this made our stay uncomfortable. This is why we had to leave after the first night.

Negative: Let this comment be accepted as an objective review with no negativism, but with a recommendation to the owner to do regular checks and inspections of the property, and to be more correct when describing and advertising, because it made us leave and destroyed our vacation. The single bed, above the single 'sofa', had weight restrictions of 77 kg, which meant none of us could sleep on it. We called the owner and he suggested that one of us sleep on the 'single sofa bed' underneath (two semi-adhesive chairs with folding sides, with no mattress)- a very hard surface and short for an adult (Pic 1). We found a couple of thin sponge mattresses under the sofa, but they have been used for dogs to sleep, obviously- very dirty!!! The other two of us used the vertical wall double bed, which we pulled down to set up. We used the bed sheet from the small single bed above to cover the single sofa underneath. We noticed there was no protector, and the single bed's mattress was stained (Pic2). The air conditioner could not cool the air in the Pod. There was a heavy thunderstorm and pouring rain, which made us close the window. The temperature inside felt like 27+ degrees. I am currently going through cancer treatment, and this inconvenience made me feel nauseous and others sweat. The only table had no glass top (Pic3). The owner suggested using the small bedside table instead. It was not mentioned that the fridge was a mini fridge, with missing door shelves. It could not accommodate the food we had for our stay (Pic4). The bathroom drain did not work well, and to prevent flooding the vinyl floor, we had to stop while having a shower and wait for the water to go down. As there was a strange noise of pouring water, and we noticed a disconnected pipe under the Pod (Pic5)

Positive: If you're looking for a quiet peaceful getaway then this is perfect ,which was exactly what we wanted, although situated in a big caravan site,we had the best plot for us,and wouldn't even know you were on the site, situated at the edge of the site,it was very quiet and peaceful, sitting on the decking with an amazing view, we were very lucky with the weather which just made our stay all the better, everything we needed for the weekend were provided in the pod.

Negative: We would have liked a small dustpan and brush to clear our own ( very little) mess Maybe some insect spray..but really just being picky
