Positive: Amazing service and fantastic view. We loved that it was a little bit secluded but at the same time close to the village where there are plenty of cafés and restaurants. The view from the pool was to die for. We had an amazing time.

Positive: The room is clean, with heated floor. Fireplace is available upon request.

Negative: 1. Staffs are not professional. Extremely poor English speaking (almost zero). But that’s the surface, they are not qualified for service business. 2. SPA is a TRAP. These are paid items (sauna, pool - they charge 10Euro Per item per person for 1 hr. They called it an “exclusive” and you have to reserve the hour in advance. However when you are in the sauna/pool the guy keeps sneakily in and out the area and told you the sauna time is running out and you can’t extend it even within your bought 1 hr. This is totally BS! For Massage they charge you 60eure per hour and we did not use. 3. They offered bottled water in the first day but not the following nights unless you ask. 4. Very good luck if you are non Greek speaker coz you and the staffs are almost not able to talk to each other at all.

Summary: Unpleasant and trapped. NO second stay.

Positive: the room was a suite of 540 sq ft, lovely fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, bed comfy, and balcony great view. and since it was the winter the heat was in the floor and two radiator made it very cosy. the breakfast was great and enough food and variety, the lady taking care was very accommodating. check in was smooth and the gentleman in PM was so informative, and made a special time for us in the Hammam and Jacuzzi. all in all stay here if you can!! PMH
