Positive: ideal for a couple visiting the area as it in the town centre. Quiet at night. good facilities. kitchen well equipped. Nice lounge, with big smart t.v. Two sofa beds are good.

Negative: Apartment is on first floor with steep stairs. not suitable for young children or anyone who finds stairs difficult, such as very old people. Parking o.k. only at night. very restricted in the daytime, especially on market days. nearby Chapel Street car car is free 24 hours.

Summary: Good. We know the area very well. Sandbach is a very good town for food shopping and dining.

Positive: Location is perfect. Lots of space and nicely decorated.

Negative: Parking is a bit of an issue. I presume when the parking charges come in later this year that a parking permit will be available for the property? Kitchen is a little tired and could do with some updating. A dressing table with mirror rather than a tv in the bedroom would be better. No mirror currently in the bedroom so had to take small mirror from the bathroom and sit on the floor in bedroom to do hair and makeup. Plug socket behind tv too low down so not usable. All very minor points that would in no way deter me from booking again as overall we were very happy with the property.

Summary: Great little apartment in the centre of town.
