Negative: No toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. When we asked reception they said they're out of stock Disappointing breakfast.

Positive: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed in the area for a friend's wedding and as a result, were in and out at all sorts of times with weird schedules. The staff we always incredibly friendly and helpful in everything from where to get local money, to taxis and room service and food out of normal hours. The room service was really good and the people were helpful on our last day of check out. The room was kept very clean whenever we were out and the flowers in the reception and views from top floors were fabulous.

Negative: The only thing we didn't get a chance to use the spa, gym or pool at all. We popped down to see what the facilities looked like and it all seemed clean and nice, but the pool room was really warm so we left quite quickly. We ordered some room service food and the fries were very cold, but apart from that small detail everything else was brilliant.

Positive: Helpful and polite staff especially Safa at the reception and great attention to details. Also we had dinner at the restaurant in the 15th floor, amazing view and very tasty food. I Highly recommend it.
