Summary: The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The view is incredible and everything about the home is amazing. Perfect place to bring together family and friends for a weekend on beautiful Gull Lake. We were the firsts guests at this property so I do take that into consideration but the check in process was terrible. The AC needed to be fixed so that pushed back the check in time a bit which is understandable. But the hosts were there still getting their stuff and getting the place ready when we arrived so it made it very uncomfortable for guests that wanted to start enjoying the property. Hosts were very kind but after the first 30 minutes of us standing around and waiting it became very inconvenient, uncomfortable and awkward. We arrived at 5:15 and they didn’t leave until 6:30-7. There was also no hot water the entire weekend. The first guest showered had lukewarm water and it was cold after that. The communication was great as to what was happening with the host. Overall beautiful place!! Just a few little things to work on. I would absolutely recommend to stay here, it’s gorgeous!
