Positive: The accommodations were spacious and clean. It was easy to unwind from a long day of driving and cook a meal and feel at home.

Negative: The most minor of inconveniences was the lack of some kitchen utensils to cook our spaghetti meal. (I.e., pasta ladle/server, matching lid for the pot we used and better oven mitts. Since the home is a beautiful period home, there was a shortage of outlets for our various devices. I sure all of these small items can be improved for future guests.

Summary: This was the perfect landing spot for our family of 5 on our way through Buffalo. Thank you!

Positive: We stayed 5 days. The home was spacious. The owners quickly responded when contacted. The apartment was ready on arrival and easy to access. The living room was small compared to other rooms. We were told the backyard was not included in rental even though it was the 4th of July weekend. This was after contacting owner regarding poison ivy on the fence. We were told to use at our discretion. My daughter and 3 kids traveled with me from Missouri to visit my daughter and grandchildren. They needed outside space to play. I would have never booked this space if I had known the back yard was not included in rental.

Positive: The location is very good and convenient. We were traveling by car, so getting around was not difficult for us. Please note that the apartment is designed for a family, as the bedrooms are interconnected. Only one bedroom is separate, suitable for a couple. The kitchen was fully equipped. The house is quite antique, decorated in an old-fashioned style, but it is impressive and perfectly fits the place and surroundings. The beds are comfortable, and the bed linens and towels were clean. Cleanliness was well maintained.

Negative: Unfortunately, there was only enough coffee for two persons. The hairdryer turned on, but it only blew cold air, so we had to leave for Niagara with wet hair. Fortunately, we were all fine and didn’t catch a cold.

Summary: I fully recommend it for a family vacation.
