Summary: Daryl was super responsive to all of our questions. The furniture was nice to look at but not super comfortable and the beds/pillows are all memory foam (which was surprisingly comfortable but not my fave). The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dish/pan ware for cooking (and cookie sheets for making cookies :). The outdoor screened in back porch with the table was nice for eating at, but the back yard and fence were not well maintained and a bit of an eye sore. The bathrooms were of good size but there was not enough hot water to make it through 2 people taking showers in the morning. The WiFi service was of sufficient speed as we both were working from there throughout the week. Overall, we liked staying here as it was close to our son's school.

Summary: My family of four (kids ages 12 & 15) stayed for 6 nights during Christmas week. We were all very comfortable and there was plenty of room for family in the area to visit. The garage was perfect to park our car overnight and to store our rooftop cargo box. Everything was as advertised. It was very clean and the neighborhood was nice.

Summary: I had a wonderful stay at the Orange County home. The house was cozy, and the neighborhood was pleasant for walking. The owner was kind enough to purchase a mixer for me so I could make a dessert for Thanksgiving. We truly enjoyed our time there and would consider staying again in the future.

Summary: A good stay while visiting our student! Convenient and quiet location close to campus. Property is as pictured and description is accurate. Only suggestion is to provide dish soap and a dish rag. The dishwasher was full of water in the bottom so I was hesitant to use it. No worries tho as Publix is super close.
