Positive: The staff is superb, the facilities are exceptional.

Negative: It's not a snowboard-in snowboard-out resort, it needs a 10 minute walk to the lift.

Positive: Well, the room is comfort. Excellent beds. Shower, kitchen amenities, view.

Negative: Well, maybe because we came for the foliage and not for the main ski season, but I expected more from this hotel any time of the year. To be specific: 1. Small check-in window time: 3-6 pm 2. I asked for daily towers replacement and the receptionist said he wrote it and they will do it, but they didn't replace our towers. 3. The room was too hot and then they changed it to cool mode, and we couldn't change it back until they came in the morning, so we had to close the air condition/heat unit. 4. They said 8-10 am there are free coffee in the ground floor, but on the 2nd day there was no one there neither at the lobby till 9am. 5. When I booked the hotel I didn't know they will close the onsen 2 days before our arrival.

Positive: The size and facilities inside the apartment was good! We managed to cooked several times which was not included in our original plan! Onsen was good!
