On arrival, you're greeted with a refreshing juice while the staff handle the paperwork. The room comes stocked with complimentary water, tea, and a snack. Basic toiletries are also provided, including soap, shampoo, a toothbrush and toothpaste, a comb, cotton buds and even a razor.
