The ultimate resort ranch style pool home on nearly a half acre! Close to great restaurants, stores and only about 10 minutes from Texas Tech AT&T Stadium!! Amazing game room and basketball hoop overlooks huge pool with slide and deck jets! Separate game room includes shuffle board, foosball, ping pong, cornhole and retro stand up arcade games loaded with 100s of the classics. Outdoor covered patio, BBQ and table with built in fire pit. Directly across the street from park with picnic tables, gazebo, porch swings etc...
The Property Owner will consider pets. However, pet acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to owner approval and pet fees apply if the pet is approved. If you bring an unapproved pet, fines apply, and you will be made to leave with no refund.

Every bedroom has its own HD Roku Tv with new beds and linens. Well stocked kitchen ready for your stay!
The pool does not need heating in the summer months, but if heating is needed, it's $150/day. The pool is too large, and Lubbock is too cold for pool heating in the fall/winter. Spa heating is $50 per day.
Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. No Cats Allowed.
Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500
If you smoke, fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.
Cancellation policy and procedures

To ask for an exception to our policy you must first cancel through the booking channel. Exceptions are up to individual owners and are very rare. Your best chance is to ask for a credit to be used for a booking for the same property.
The credit can to be used within the window you cancelled. Ie. If you cancel 3 days before your stay and the owners payout is $4500, you didn't purchase travel insurance you may ask for a credit to be used to reserve the same property no more than 3 days before the drag you want to use the credit for.

"I had to cancel because my kids are sick. I didn't purchase the recommended travel insurance. My stay is 3 days away. I'm requesting a credit for the owner payout amount to be used to reserve the same property 3 days before our stay. I.e, we want to stay August 23rd so I will make a request on August 20th if the unit is still available.
Thanks."

Summary: While in town visiting family for the holidays we quite enjoyed our stay here. The house is beautiful and we appreciated the game room amenities as well. The kitchen is always a natural gathering spot during holidays, and this one does not disappoint. It had a dining table and den seating where everyone could spread out but still be close enough to enjoy our time together. The beds were comfy, lots of space to relax and enjoy family time. Would love to come back in warmer months and enjoy the beautiful pool too. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Summary: This listing was everything and more as described. Kitchen has everything needed and more. My family was in town for a Texas Tech graduation and we loved the place to enjoy the great accomplishment and time with Loved ones. We had enough room for everyone and they had everything we needed to use and enjoy our stay. Host was proactive and very responsive, pool was great with lots of outdoor seating and lots of space. A must stay if you are looking to enjoy your time in Lubbock

Summary: We had the best time in the most beautiful home we could have asked for. We enjoyed the pool, the spaciousness of the rooms, it was the perfect house for our large family. We did not want to leave!! The owners were so very kind and very quick to respond to everything we needed! We will definitely keep this home on our list when we visit our family in Lubbock again!!

Summary: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! It truly felt like a resort away from home. The house was stocked with supplies and everything we could ever need. The pool with the slide and fun game room were a hit for our kiddos. The outdoor patio, BBQ, and fire pit table were perfect for our evenings together.
