Pet Policy
• Please message us for pet approval prior to booking.
• If possible, please add pets to your reservation during the booking process. Once added, the $100 pet fee is included as part of the nightly rate (spread out equally over the course of the stay) and in the total price at checkout.
• Pet fee is non-refundable and is a flat rate for the stay.
• Limit is 2 dogs; no other animals permitted.
• Must pick up all droppings from pet(s).
• Dogs must be fully housebroken.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture or linens
House Rules
• NO SMOKING. If anything is smoked inside, you will incur a $200 fee for deodorization treatment.
• Do NOT leave any food outside the building. All trash MUST be placed inside the trash cans that are located inside the bear cages. If food or trash is left outside the bear cages, it WILL attract bears to the property.
• Check-in time is 4:00PM and check out by 10:00AM. Early check ins and late check outs are not available due to our cleaning protocols. No parking on premises before check in time or after check out time. Unapproved late check outs will incur a $200 fee.
• All visitors must be approved by host.
• Be respectful of our neighbors by keeping noise volumes low.I
• In order to avoid potential staining, please do NOT use bleach to clean anything during your stay. We have professional cleaners who will use bleach appropriately in between guests to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Do not burn incense, essential oils, or similar items. These scents are difficult to remove before the next guest checks in, and some guests may have sensitivity to smells.
• Guest must sign rental agreement.

Summary: My family has been coming to the Boone area for nearly 40 years to get our Christmas tree. But over the years the group has grown. It is difficult to find a place for our large group and this was perfect. It gave us quiet areas for the ones that needed peace and amble gatherings areas. The units are beautifully designed and styled. We had everything we needed and the owners responded quickly to our few questions and needs. We will return.

Summary: Location was ideal. Very quiet and scenic. Each condo was tastefully decorated, clean and well stocked. Definitely would stat here again.

Summary: This is a great place if you have a group under 28 people who want to hang out but have their own space as well. The condos were recently updated and very clean. They also had provided the little extras which helped it feel like home. Communication with the owners was fantastic and they also accept dogs. Would highly recommend!

Summary: These units rented as a group was the best idea!! We could all meet and do things as a group, or retreat to our own unit if we needed some me time. The wifi worked well, the kitchens were well stocked, and the heating and air conditioning worked well! Comfy beds and one large communal deck where we congregated a lot. We were 20-30 minutes from lots of restaurants, and all the local color. It was fantastic and we are already planning next year’s trip!
