Summary: Property was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed. The swim spa was off when we arrived and never got to temp over our 2 day stay but, other than that, everything was perfect. There are kayaks provided but it would be very difficult to launch and disembark at the dock on the property.

Summary: The house was very nice but needs some attention. The back yard and lake were great but it would have been helpful to have a blower to remove all the seedpods, moss and leaves that stuck to our shoes and got dragged into the house. The neighborhood was not what we expected but everything was fine. That being said, we loved the Sanford area. It was far enough away from Orlando that we didn't have to deal with the traffic. Downtown Sanford, Mt Dora and Deland were close and we enjoyed our day trips. Overall, we had a nice stay but house needs some TLC.

Summary: We booked this home four our very small, private wedding reception and it was just perfect. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The dining table sat 10 people which was a deciding factor for me when booking. We needed enough seats for our guests to enjoy a lunch after our elopement style wedding. My only regret is we were so busy with the wedding we did not get much time to enjoy the hot tub which overlooked the lake.

Summary: Great for entertaining indoor & out. Didn’t get to use kayaks or fishing poles due to rain but available. Quiet neighborhood within easy drive of Orlando & surrounding attractions. . Only negative was soap available at a couple at a couple bathrooms but not kitchen or all bathrooms so would bring soap & extra towels. Would recommend.

Summary: We rented this property during a tourney at the Boombah Complex. We had 3 players and 3 dads. The property was fantastic! Fields were 10 minutes away. Walmart/Academy/DBat/Eateries... maximum 10-15 min away. The deck was perfect for sitting on during the evenings. The pool table was a big hit. The property manager, Lisa, was extremely responsive and friendly. But most of all, the house was clean, quiet, well appointed and spacious, which allowed everyone to chill out, rest, eat, and enjoy themselves. We do wish the pond was accessible by the kayaks (too much plant growth at the bank), and that the hot tub was a cold pool (we stayed during summer lol). We will be back when our team comes back for another tourney.
