Summary: Enjoyed the stay nice location and nice apartment.

Summary: First and foremost, the space has some maintenance issues. The door to the patio does NOT lock, which is unacceptable. I notified the owner and they did nothing. The bedsheets in the loft smelled really bad. Half of the towels were stained or torn or both, to the point we had to wash them at 11pm (thank goodness for the washer/dryer) because we didn't even want to dry our hands on them. I also notified the owner and they said something incomprehensible about new towels being delivered, but they were not.The amenities list on VRBO was very brief. I couldn't decipher if there was a coffee machine for instance. While the amenities listed are accurate, please pay attention to the fact that there is not a hair dryer. We were visiting town for a wedding, and short on time, so had to make a late night run to CVS to buy a hair dryer. I have literally NEVER stayed in a rental or hotel that didn't have hair dryers. The shower had a lot of grout stains, and it all just felt unpleasant, to be honest. The building has nice amenities such as a concierge, pool and gym so if you intend to stay a while, those may be beneficial to you.
