Positive: Very roomy. Lots of space for everyone to spread out and relax. Loved the decor!! Kitchen was great as well. Made a couple meals there during our stay.

Negative: Bathroom door in master bedroom was a barn door that left gaps so people could see in. Not that they would but just didn’t feel comfortable

Summary: Great! If in the area again in the future, I would 100% stay again.

Positive: Incredible space and lots of history. It's a true loft feel with one open bedroom. The character of the building shown through in the old brick walls and rustic industrial touches. Our host was very attentive and responsive.

Positive: Central location, easy to find, parking in front of the building Smooth communication with the host through text messages Spacious apartment on two floors with unique character, stylishly decorated in keeping with the building, great bathrooms Lot of interesting restaurants in the same street, very nice places to take breakfast or coffee The street has its own self guided walking tour with lots of interesting art

Negative: The small and steep stairway might be bothersome for some The air-conditioning is rather loud

Positive: It was the perfect space for our family. I loved the art, the vibe, the vibe…it was so spacious and very peaceful.

Negative: A couple things didn’t work like the garbage disposal and the jacuzzi but overall a wonderful place

Positive: The loft was clean and spacious. Great location for enjoying downtown Springfield activities. We were in town for the MS Walk and although everyone in our party wasn't able to make it, those of us that did were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Negative: The parking can be challenging because it is located downtown but nothing that isn't to be expected.
