The Turkey Beach House is co-owned by a family who use the house as a holiday house infrequently. This house is perfect to use as a fishing getaway, and has all the requirements to assist with this. An enclosed yard, fishing tables, hoses, garage and an outdoor area that has been enclosed to the elements and sandflies. Easy access to the boat ramp and park for children which is just down the road. Another beach is approx 150m down the road which a huge grasses park adjacent to the property. Fully fenced yard, and maintained gardens. Fully furnished house with all linen provided. The house has ceiling fans, air conditioned, and has a full kitchen, and washer and dryer with a clothesline for use.

Summary: Nice clean property. Parking for 2 cars and boats, the 4 bedrooms (all with queen beds) make it perfect for a fishing group. Close to shop and boat ramp.
