Positive: On the edge of the beautiful Dales village of Austwick the Traddock has a great country house feel and we particularly enjoyed the roaring log fire . Very comfortable bed and a good cooked breakfast.

Negative: Nothing to dislike. Being picky some croissants/pastries at breakfast would be nice . The brasserie food is “fancy” more than hearty but that’s a matter of taste and it was good.

Positive: The food was excellent, particularly the breakfast and lunch but the dinner - we had two starters each fell a little short. Accomodation was excellent within the confines of the property - there was no lift to the first floor, but we coped ok.

Positive: What a beautiful place, the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The room was so luxurious, with a huge comfortable bed. The breakfast was gorgeous, we could taste the quality of the food. Overall what an amazing place xx

Positive: It is a beautiful place to stay, and ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. I had injured my knee, and whilst my husband went out walking I was made very welcome in the ‘snug’ and looked after extremely well.
