Positive: The Torby is well designed and feels comfortable. The staff were very attentive and reached out while we were traveling to make sure we made it on time for dinner. They provide a light, but excellent breakfast with lots of gluten and lactose free options. A great base to explore Fiskars and the surrounding area.

Positive: New and clean facilities. This is almost the only hotel in Fiskar Village. Friendly receptionists

Negative: No lift or elevator. Breakfast selection is quite limited. Room a bit small. Property’s lighting design can be better

Positive: A beautiful space that reflects local history. Staff are friendly and the venue is perfect for exploring the village.

Negative: Travelled with elderly relatives (60-85 years old). They struggled with the very dim lighting in the room and corridors. This is likely a bigger struggle during the winter months when there isn't extra light coming through the large windows.

Positive: The location is excellent and has the very nice services of Fiskars right outside the door. The hotel was in excellent condition and the lounge is really nice. We had a nice view of the river from our window.

Negative: The bed was on the smaller side and the pillows were not that comfortable
