Summary: Lovely warm welcome, friendly and extremely inviting greeting. The breakfast was wholesome well presented and delicious. Rob was agreat host, nothing was to much trouble. Great nights sleep, the rooms and other amenities where spotlessly clean. Would we stay again, you bet we would. It was a pleasure to have met Rob and to have stayed as his guest, he made us most welcome.
