Summary: Rob and Inga super easy to contact and ask questions. Fantastic location one block behind River Road of Guerneville. Walk to everything including Johnson Beach. Coffee Bazaar opens at 6am and a half block away. Less than 100 steps. Cottage is small, as described, but fantastically and efficiently laid out. You won't need a thing. Super clean...the little outdoor area is large enough for 4-6 people. Perfect for morning coffee...afternoon wine...evening bbq. Literally everything you need. And..if you need anything Inga and Rob are easy to get a hold of. Place looks like the pics...in fact I don't think the pics do it justice. And probably the largest flat screen ratio of inch of screen per sq ft of property you will ever see. I think they set a record!!!

Summary: The Tipsy Turtle was everything we were looking for during our vacation. We loved that it was within walking distance of downtown, including restaurants, shops, and galleries. Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve is just down the road and is absolutely awe-inspiring.The property itself was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while also providing a relaxing place to unwind at the end of each day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!
