Negative: Nothing not to like. Was cold but the host was super quick to fix that for us and help us to work the heating.

Positive: The Caravan was very spacious, we travelled as a family of 4 and the children even had their own bedrooms which they were thrilled about and the main double bedroom is very spacious for a caravan (with it's own dresser and chair). The parking was ideal, the caravan was absolutely spotless we could not fault anything, it was perfect for the children's holidays as the park had lots of activities for the kids to do.

Positive: It's a beautiful place with plenty of space and good value for money very comfy, very clean and close to where we needed to be and would happily stay again.

Negative: Reception wasn't very helpful as the fob didn't work to get back into the site after a certain time and had to ring the warden to let us in as no was in reception. They weren't really helpful when we arrived on site because it was private rented and didnt tell us where to go I had to look through messages on here. Post code is wrong on here and we got lost as it sent us to a scrap yard and we had to ring for help and another post code.

Positive: We only rented a caravan so we could travel into Kent to take my daughter to university, so we didn't really interact with any staff apart from the security men who was very helpful when we arrived late in the night.

Negative: We did go into the clubhouse to go for food in the night and the entertainment they had was to loud and over powering so left
